This Sunday, we gather for a sound bath woven with intention, warmth, and comfort.
The bowls, chimes, drums and frequencies will be chosen to open the heart, ease the nervous system, and create space for quiet appreciation. You’ll be held in an atmosphere of candlelight, plant spirit, and the gentle reminder that gratitude is a doorway~one that leads to abundance, peace, and a fuller, richer way of being.

Cost is $20.
Yoga mats, meditation cushions and pillows are provided and you are encouraged to bring your favorite cozy item from home to deepen into the relaxation experience.
